At Wander Crew Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy explains the terms and conditions related to tour cancellations.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges will be applied according to the timeline mentioned in our Refund Policy.
Any confirmed booking that is cancelled will be governed by the cancellation rules of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
If Wander Crew Holidays cancels a tour due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, political conditions, operational challenges, or low participation, customers will be offered:
✔ A full refund, or
✔ An option to reschedule the tour to another available date or package
If a traveler fails to join the tour, misses the departure, or is unable to participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
Any missed services including hotel stays, sightseeing tours, or airport transfers cannot be rescheduled or compensated.
Wander Crew Holidays will not be responsible for cancellations or changes in itinerary caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, war, or civil disturbances.
In such situations, refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to the policies of hotels, airlines, and other third-party service providers involved.
