Booking & Confirmation

• All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.

• A reservation will be treated as confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment according to our booking policy.

• Customers must provide correct personal information and valid identification documents while making a booking.

Payments

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved online payment methods.

• The complete tour amount must be paid before the tour begins.

• Wander Crew Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time period.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised without prior notice due to changes in fuel prices, government taxes, hotel tariffs, or other external factors.

• Wander Crew Holidays is not responsible for price changes applied by hotels, transport providers, or other third-party service partners.

Our Responsibilities

• Wander Crew Holidays works as a travel coordinator with hotels, transport providers, and sightseeing partners.

• We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, road conditions, political situations, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with tour guides, staff, fellow travelers, and local residents throughout the journey.

• Any inappropriate behavior or violation of local laws may lead to immediate cancellation of the tour without any refund.

Jurisdiction

• Any dispute or legal matter related to Wander Crew Holidays services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
