Refund Policy – Wander Crew Holidays

At Wander Crew Holidays, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for tour bookings.

Refund Eligibility

• A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 26 days or more before the scheduled travel date.

• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 21 days before the travel date.

• No refund will be granted for cancellations made within 15 days of departure or in the case of a no-show by the traveler.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed:

• Airfare and railway tickets

• Bookings for special events such as festivals, concerts, or peak holiday seasons

• Government charges, permits, taxes, and any third-party service fees

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during booking.
